Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

City Jet is actively monitoring the recent coronavirus outbreak and will comply with any recommendations made by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). As always, the safety and wellness of our customers and crew members are our primary concern, and we will continue to make decisions with this in mind.

Important New Safety Measures Effective December 11, 2020

In order to manage the spread of COVID-19, City Jet has put in place additional measures to ensure your safety.
City Jet customers and employees are required to wear a face mask or appropriate cloth face covering over their nose and mouth at all times during their travel, including while aboard our aircraft (except while eating or drinking) and while in the airport. In accordance with the current CDC guidance, an appropriate mask or cloth face covering that fits snugly against the face, covers an individual’s nose and mouth, and is secured under the chin will be accepted. Plastic face shields may be used in addition to a mask but are not approved mask replacements. Any mask with an exhaust valve is not approved as an acceptable face mask. Children under the age two, young children who cannot maintain a face covering and unaccompanied minors are exempt from the mask requirement. Failure to comply with mask requirements, including false claims of a disability or health condition to obtain an exemption from wearing a mask or face covering may result in denial of boarding or suspension of future travel privileges on any City Jet flight for the duration of the mask/face covering requirement. Additionally, passengers may be asked to show COVID 19 test results and may have their temperature taken.
As a reminder, no person should board a flight when they are feeling ill as this could potentially put others at risk. Should symptoms such as a fever, cough or difficulty breathing develop while in flight, please notify the flight crew immediately.
Your safety is our top priority.  We appreciate your understanding and thank you for flying City Jet..

Change and Cancellation Fees

Due to high call volumes, please send an email with your change or cancellation request to our Customer Care team at customerDreamTeam@CityJetInc.com and it will be processed in the order it was received. Please include the record locator (PNR) or ticket number(s) and the names of the passengers associated with your request.
Out of concern for our customers, we have altered our policy regarding flight changes and cancellations. Change and cancellation fees have been waived for all bookings made before March 10, 2020, and will be waived for all current bookings until further notice. Non-refundable tickets may be canceled and credit for the full value of the ticket applied to a Future Travel Voucher (FTV). FTV funds are valid for future travel up to one year from the original purchase date and must be used by the individual named on the ticket. Hopefully, this change in policy will provide our customers peace of mind so that if circumstances change, they can alter their plans without penalty.

Aircraft Cleanliness and Safety

City Jet staff members regularly clean and disinfect the aircraft with EPA-registered disinfectants to ensure a clean cabin environment for all passengers. At this time, there have not been any reports of a City Jet customer testing positive for the coronavirus after being a passenger aboard one of our aircraft. We ask that customers who show signs and symptoms of COVID-19, or have been in contact with anyone who has shown symptoms or been diagnosed with the virus, refrain from traveling until they have been cleared to do so by their healthcare provider.

Precautions when Traveling

We encourage our passengers to follow best practices set out by the CDC while traveling.
